The Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship Accreditation Council (EUFAC) emailed the faculty and matriculating fellows of EUFAC accredited fellowships with an annual questionnaire on May 4, 2026.

Please make your faculty and fellows aware to check their inboxes for these emails, as completion of these questionnaires is a required component of continuing EUFAC accreditation.

The subject line for the emails includes “EUFAC Action Required”.

Deadline for response submissions to the questionnaires for both matriculating fellows and faculty is:
