The Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship Accreditation Council (EUFAC) will email the faculty and matriculating fellows of EUFAC accredited fellowships with an annual questionnaire on June 01, 2022.

Please make your faculty and fellows aware to check their inboxes for these emails, as completion of these questionnaires are a required component of continuing EUFAC accreditation.

The subject line for the emails is “EUFAC Action Required”.

Deadline for response submissions to the questionnaires are:

• Matriculating Fellows: Thursday, June 30, 2022
• Faculty: Friday, July 15, 2022
