Programs accredited through the Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship Accreditation Council (EUFAC) have the ability to update certain aspects of their programs in the EUFAC portal during their accreditation term.
The EUFAC is aware that some information can change, while a program is accredited. A program is able to update the following “Additional forms” located via link on the left-hand side of the Program fellowship director’s EUFAC account at any time:
- Faculty Information
- Please ensure you have uploaded current CVs for your faculty in this form, especially prior to submitting an application for continuing accreditation.
- Fellow Information
- Site information
- Program Contact information
Any information provided in these forms will automatically be pulled into your next application for continuing accreditation. This means, if the forms are not updated prior to submission of your application, outdated information for your program may be submitted with your application. If the information and faculty CVs are kept up-to-date throughout the accreditation cycle, your program will be one step ahead, when it comes time to submit an application for continuing accreditation.
For any questions, contact the EUFAC Administrative Office.
