The Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship Accreditation Council (EUFAC) would like to highlight the following deadline to fellowship programs planning to apply for initial accreditation for their Advanced Emergency Medicine Ultrasonography (AEMUS) fellowship.
Programs must submit an application for initial accreditation by April 1, 2022 in order for EUFAC to review by June 30, 2022.
(Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis up until the deadline and will be reviewed on a rolling basis again after July 2022. Programs submitting after April 1, 2022 might not have their application reviewed before the end of the 2021-2022 academic year, which means any 2021-2022 fellows might graduate from an unaccredited program.)
Programs who need to submit applications for continuing accreditation by the April 1, 2022 deadline will be contacted by the EUFAC directly.
