The EUFAC has updated the Fellow Information form located within your EUFAC portal.
Based on the recently updated and published FAQs further defining the term AEMUS Fellow, the EUFAC is now collecting information on all AEMUS Fellows within your institution. Please review the EUFAC FAQ page to reference the published updates.
At this point, the EUFAC is asking all accredited programs to visit the “Fellow Information Form” within their portal account and update it with any 2023-2024 fellowship information that has not yet been reported (previously entered fellows have already been imported into the new form, but please double-check their information for accuracy).
Complete this information by Friday, March 1, 2024.
All AEMUS Fellows listed on the form will receive an email from EUFAC in March outlining that they were entered as an AEMUS Fellow of your fellowship and that they will be receiving a EUFAC fellow questionnaire prior to the end of the academic year.
We will let you know once the email to fellows has gone out, so you can ensure it was received and ensure that your fellows are prepared to receive the emailed questionnaire from EUFAC that is mandatory for all AEMUS fellows to complete as part of your program’s requirements for accreditation.
Below is a link with visual instructions for updating the fellow/faculty forms in your EUFAC account:
Information collected on Advanced Practice Practitioners (APP) is for documentation purposes only. APPs are not considered AEMUS fellows and they will not receive EUFAC’s annual questionnaire.
