The EUFAC is preparing for its 2022 fellow and faculty review of all currently accredited programs. Having your fellows and faculty complete this review questionnaire is a requirement for any EUFAC accredited program. The fellow information should include any fellows matriculating this year (2021-2022 academic year).

In preparation for the review questionnaires being released in late May/early June, we are asking all programs to assure that your fellow and faculty forms in your EUFAC account are up to date. Please also double-check all email addresses listed. These email addresses are utilized for the process.

Wrong information may cause a delay in the questionnaires going out to your fellows and faculty resulting in a shortened timeframe for completion. The EUFAC cannot grant extensions for programs with the wrong information on file.

Please check your information and make any updates as needed by Monday, May 23, 2022.
